If you booked through us, please contact us directly regarding any changes or cancellations. The applicable terms and conditions depend on the rate or package you booked. If you booked through a third-party provider, you must contact them first.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
In the event of a cancellation, we will waive the cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed-upon price if we are able to re-rent the room for the booked period.
Different terms apply to certain rates. For example,
with the Flexi Rate, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
For rates that do not allow free cancellation, we charge 90% in the event of a cancellation.
